RETURNING ITEM

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

 

  • All full priced items can be returned for an online creditwithin 14 days of receiving your product.
  • We do not provide refunds * (see when we will accept refunds below)
  • Online credits can be used to purchase another product. If your order was a special order from a supplier we charge a 28% restocking fee plus freight back to the supplier.
  • Credits are the value of the item/s only and do not include postage or freight.

 

Items purchased using AFTERPAY follow the same return conditions and you will be issued a credit note (in the form of an e-gift card) upon receiving your items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay. Your credit will be available to be used immediately. We do not cancel AFTERPAY payments if you choose to send back your product.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

In order to receive your credit you must meet the following conditions

  • The item must be received back within 14 days of you receiving your parcel / product.
  • Material must be in original condition.
  • Material must be the same supplier batch number that we invoiced for.
  • Unopened product only can be returned.
  • Sale items are able to be returned as long as they are not 50% off or more
  • If you are claiming products to be faulty we have the backing of all the manufacturers to investigate for you and if the manufacture agrees a full credit will be given.
  • Include a returns form –  please download from the website.

We inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Postage or fright will be paid by the customer.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

 

    1. We will email you within 24 hours of receiving your product back into our warehouse.  Please allow 24-48 hours for your credit to be processed. Your credit will be emailed over to the nominated email address at the time you placed the order.
  1. Check your junk/spam folder for the credit note in case it has gone there
  2. If you still can’t find it and it’s been 48 hours since your parcel arrived, please email us and a customer service representative will look into it for you

REFUNDS *

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, King Waterproofing and Silicone Caulking is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection when choosing your material or you have changed your mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.

If there is a major fault with your product we will first attempt to have the manufacture visit you on site to replace and assess the products. or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a credit note or refund. The outcome of a refund is at King Waterproofing’s discretion.
